A temporary soundproof panel is provided to lessen noise of the construction scene and to remove dust and asbestos powder from the scene by filling water in a soundproof device through inlet holes and placing a dust removing material at the inlet holes. A temporary soundproof panel comprises a soundproof device(10), a dust removing material(17), and a cover plate(18). The soundproof device is arranged with through holes(12) on the upper front side vertically and horizontally, formed with first inlet holes(15a) at a rear end of the side of the through holes, formed with drainage holes(15b) on the lower front side, and formed with an inner space(11). The dust removing material is fixed to the through holes of the upper part of the inner space of the soundproof device. The cover plate covers the upper part of the soundproof device. Water is filled in the inner space to the lower part of the dust removing material through the first inlet holes. The temporary soundproof panel has a first soundproof plate, and a plurality of second soundproof plates formed with third inlet holes and overlapped on the first soundproof plate.
