A document management server can maintain consistency between log image data of an input job and the job document ID of log information of an output job. For this purpose, an image output apparatus includes a registration means configured to register image data generated based on the job in a storage means, a first transmission means configured to transmit the registered image data and input log information to a job log management server, a second transmission means configured to transmit output log information to the job log management server, and a third transmission means configured to transmit the image data to the job log management server. |
