A structure of a temporary soundproofed wall is provided to solidify an installation structure, to have no restriction in installation height and to improve in appearance. A structure of a temporary soundproofed wall includes a front panel(10) installed to be exposed to the outside of a construction site, a rear panel(30) assembled with the front panel in the front panel and provided with many sound absorbing holes, a sound absorbing member assembled between the front panel and the rear panel to absorb the noise occurring in a construction site, and fasteners installed to the rear of the rear panel at regular intervals to assemble panel assemblies integrally and composed of a front rail projected to the center of the rear of the front panel and provided with insertion grooves and a rear rail projected to the front of the rear panel to assemble with the front panel and provided with insertion portions to assemble with the insertion grooves. In addition, the fastener includes a pipe(40) placed in a front support portion(15) projected to two ends of the front panel and a rear support portion(34) projected to the center of the rear of the rear panel at the same height as the front support portion, and a clamp assembly(50) fastening the front panel of the panel assembly together with the pipe.
