The system has detecting media of the angular position of the bogie regarding to axis of vertical turn and horizontal cross-section to the frame of the wagon, with a plate of reference manufactured on a metallic material that is mounted in a fixed way in the bogie, and with a inductive collection device that is mounted on the wagon. The reference plate normally indicates inductive conditions of the device, when permitted angles are surpassed. The inductive collection device generates an electrical control signal to change the state of indicated derailed bogie.
