PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell for evaluating the surface of a solid capable of evaluating the change of the surface of the solid with the elapse of time in a real time. SOLUTION: The cell for evaluating the surface of the solid has a channel plate having a distribution opening part and the hermetically sealed distribution member arranged on the channel plate and equipped with a supply port for supplying a measuring medium to the distribution opening part, a discharge port for discharging the measuring medium from the distribution opening part and capable of hermetically sealing the distribution opening part.
