PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus which suppresses increase of a chip area in the minimum, and can reduce noise. SOLUTION: In a CDS (Correlated Double Sampling) circuit unit B2; an end of a capacitive element 6 is connected to an output terminal of an operational amplifier 5 in a pixel unit B1, another end is connected to an inverted input terminal of an operational amplifier 9, and a non-inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 9 is connected to a reference voltage source 7. An end of a capacitive element 8 is connected to an inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 9; another end is connected to a drain of a field effect transistor 12 and an end of a switching means 14; another end of the switching means 14 is connected to an output terminal of the operational amplifier 9; a source of the field effect transistor 12 is connected to a reference voltage source 13; its gate is connected to an ON-resistor control circuit 10; the drain of a field effect transistor 11 is connected to a connecting point of an end of the capacitive element 8, an inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier 9, and an another end of the capacitive element 6; and the source is connected to an output terminal of the operational amplifier 9.
