PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid control system capable of highly efficiently and optimally controlling sharing of a plurality of driving machines. SOLUTION: In power running, power is supplied by an engine, and a battery is set to 0 output, and is based on operation for recovering power in regeneration by charging to the battery. Thus, a loss by a charge-discharge loss (including a replenishing loss) is maximally eliminated. Load request power (peak power) exceeding engine maximum output power is supplied from the battery.
