<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an infrared sensor to detect radiation entering therein from an object to be heated precisely and to detect the object to be heated precisely even if it is shifted wherein an accessory pot at least one portion of a sole plane of which is painted in black is viewed as the object to be heated, to allow the infrared sensor alone to perform excessive temperature increase prevention control in a cooking mode having a possibility of ignition as in the cooking of fried food, and to perform control inexpensively without adding a plurality of thermistors. <P>SOLUTION: Even if the position of the accessory pot 21 painted in black deviates, the infrared sensor 19 receives radiation from the sole plane of the pot that has been painted in black and has a high heat absorption rate for appropriate temperature detection. High detection temperature is set to a heat regulation thermistor with the infrared sensor 19 used as an excessive temperature increase prevention function, thus allowing the infrared sensor 19 alone to detect the ignition of oil especially for a fried food mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
