PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating cover that is suitable for maintaining a temperature of an object that needs to be cooled temporarily at a cold condition in cases such as where cooled meal is transported to banquet halls or specimen materials collected at a medical site to an examination room. SOLUTION: The invention is provided with a cover body 10 that covers the cooled object and a fixed member 20 that is attachably/detachably fixed inside the cover body 10 across an air space 30 from the upper part of the cover body 10.
