A clutch and a power transmission apparatus adopting the clutch are provided to improve workability and productivity and to reduce a manufacturing cost by simplifying a structure of the clutch. An input unit and an output unit are respectively connected to a clutch(100). The clutch transfers power of the input unit to the output unit in a one-direction only. The clutch includes an input gear(120), a planetary gear(140), a cam(130), and an output gear(150). The input gear is rotatably installed in a housing and communicated with the input unit. The planetary gear is engaged with the input gear. The planetary gear and the input gear are connected to perform no-load operation and the cam moves the planetary gear being rotated according to rotation of the input gear in the housing. The output gear is connected to the planetary gear when the input gear rotates in one direction only and communicated with the output unit.
