PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management service system capable of inexpensively providing an operation management service of a sensor network. SOLUTION: The operation management service system S comprises a plurality of sensor nodes 2 that construct a sensor network, a radio AP (access point) device 3, a mobile node 4, a management server 5 and a manager terminal 7. A worker 1 operating in a work area A where the sensor network is constructed is made to have the mobile node 4, and when a sensor node 2 whose log is not collected can transmit and receive to/from the mobile node 4, the log of the sensor node 2 is stored in the mobile node 4. When the mobile node 4 can transmit and receive to/from the radio AP device 3 of a management area B connected to the management server 5, the log is transmitted from the mobile node 4 to the management server 5 via the radio AP device 3, and the management server 5 indirectly collects the log.
