PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding device and a grinding system capable of securely removing the dust made during grinding and stuck to a surface of an endless metallic belt when grinding. SOLUTION: This grinding device 100 is provided with a driving roller 1 and a driven roller 2 rotated by stretching the metallic belt b around them, a grinding roller 3 abutting on a part of an inner peripheral face of the metallic belt b in a lower part of the metallic belt b to grind the inner peripheral face between two rollers 1 and 2, a back-up roller 4 arranged at a position for nipping the grinding roller 3 and the metallic belt b, a grinding roller 5 arranged at a position for nipping the driving roller 1 and the metallic belt b to grind an outer peripheral face of the metallic belt b, a nozzle for supplying coolant 61a arranged on the upstream side where the metallic belt b rotates and enters between the grinding roller 3 and the back-up roller 4 to supply coolant to the outer peripheral face on a lower face of the metallic belt b, and nozzles for supplying coolant 63a, 62a for supplying coolant to the grinding roller 3 and the grinding roller 5, respectively.
