<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an internal electrode of a discharge reactor by which distance between electrodes can be set optionally and the internal electrode can be easily manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The method is provided for manufacturing the internal electrode of the discharge reactor composed of: a central electrode 2 to be connected to a high-voltage electrode 1; the internal electrode to be fit to the central electrode 2; a dielectric 4 arranged around the internal electrode 3 so as to surround the internal electrode 3; and an external electrode 5 arranged on the outer circumference of the dielectric 4. The internal electrode 3 is formed so that a plurality of sawtooth-shaped electrode plates 11 each of which is formed with, on the outer circumferential part thereof, a plurality of projections 10 in wavelike shapes, are arrayed at predetermined intervals along the axial direction of the central electrode 2 while interposing a spacer 12 between the adjacent sawtooth-shaped electrode plates. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
