A portable crack measuring device is provided to shorten a work time and prevent a safety accident since a crack measurement can be easily performed under an environment in which the crack measurement is difficult. A portable crack measuring device includes a housing(100), a crack ruler(200), a magnifier(300), a lever(400), a lighting part(500). The plate-shaped housing has a reception part(110) and a guide groove(120). The crack ruler is made of a transparent material and has graduations. The magnifier is coupled with a guide groove of the housing and is slidably moved on an upper surface of the housing. The lever rotates on pivoting hinges(411,421). The lighting part is disposed at a front end of the lever and brightly illuminates an upper surface of the crack ruler.
