A breathing self-rescuer with chemically bound oxygen contains the case with the belt, the cover, and the sealing gasket, the coupling strips with locking appliances designed as the hooks for the ears at the ends of the strips and the square-topped bar with two-arm lever in the second strip contacting by the smaller arm with the hooks of the square-topped bar, the protective overlay over the locking device, the additional woven band between the strip with the arm and the cover, attached to the coupling strip and the fastening element near the end-face of the cover allowing for the movement of the strip along the case and providing for the hook to detach from the eye. The breathing self-rescuer also contains the regenerative cartridge with oxygen-containing substance, the actuator (if envisaged), the breathing bag with the depress valve, the facial mask representing the mouth-piece with the nasal clamp. The breathing self-rescuer is equipped with the leveling mushroom-shaped valve with the semicircular head and the rod, the conical part of the rod is located within the cavity of the cover. The cylindrical part is located in the opening of the woven band and the opening of the cover providing for the possibility of removing the rod when the cover is lifted.
