摘要 <p>The process for discharging a thimble tube of a mixed oxide fuel assembly, comprises installing a plate with openings in the fuel assembly, installing a guidance part having an opening of multiple drills on each opening, installing a side plate of the guidance part on a side opposite to the plate, inserting a restraint part of a cutting element (31) of the drill on the guidance opening, releasing constraint between a sleeve (12) and the thimble tube while turning and advancing the cutting element towards the sleeve, and discharging a part of the thimble tube. The process for discharging a thimble tube of a mixed oxide fuel assembly, comprises installing a plate with openings in the fuel assembly, installing a guidance part having an opening of multiple drills on each opening, installing a side plate of the guidance part on a side opposite to the plate, inserting a restraint part of a cutting element (31) of the drill on the guidance opening, releasing constraint between a sleeve (12) and the thimble tube while turning and advancing the cutting element towards the sleeve, and discharging a part of the thimble tube. Each opening is formed with a site corresponding to each sleeve projected at a face of a lower grid support (11) of the fuel assembly on a side opposite to fuel bars (18). The side plate has a shape and a dimension aligned on the restraint part of the cutting element. The constraint between the sleeve and the thimble tube is obtained by pressing a wall of the sleeve in a concave part. The concave part is formed on an external circumference of a stopper of the lower end of the thimble tube. A strap is located at a level of a base part the lower grid support, and separated during the release of the constraint. Evacuating the turning products mounted on the drill.
