PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that allows the easy and highly-accurate assembly of two bearing sleeves to a housing. SOLUTION: The lower end face 4b of a second bearing sleeve 4 is bonded onto the housing inner peripheral face 2a, while being spaced with a separation distance L2 secured from the lower end face 2c of the housing 2. Then, the upper end face 3b of a first bearing sleeve 3 is bonded onto the housing inner peripheral face 2a while being spaced with a separation distance L1 secured from the upper end face 2b of the housing 2.
