POLYOLEFIN-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat resistance and mechanical properties of an aliphatic polyester resin by blending the aliphatic polyester resin little giving environmental loads with some other thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: This resin composition is characterized by comprising a polyester resin (A) having an aliphatic polyester structure as a main component, a polyolefin-based resin (B), and an ester forming functional group-having polyolefin-based resin (C), wherein the rate of monomer units having the ester forming functional groups is 0.01 to 20 mol% based on the total amount of the resin (C).
