PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid mixer which enables the easy and reliable manufacture of a liquid mixture with a more consistent quality and requires only a mixing vessel of a relatively small capacity. SOLUTION: The liquid mixer has mixing vessels B1 and B2 which mix raw water and/or an aqueous solution(s) supplied through supply pipes S1 and S2 with chemicals to prepare a mixed liquid, and continuous injection pumps P1 and P2 are provided which can add the chemicals continuously to the raw water or the aqueous solution at an adjustable addition fllow rate.
