PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for application to a metal surface that does not erode the metal surface, enables to strip the sheet from the metal surface without damaging the surface, and has superior adhesion reliability and good optical property. SOLUTION: This pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has an adhesive layer comprising a copolymer made from following components (a)-(c) as a base polymer, and following components (d) and (e). Component (a): an acrylic monomer represented by formula (1); CH<SB>2</SB>=C(R<SP>1</SP>)COOR<SP>2</SP>(wherein R<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and R<SP>2</SP>is a 2-14C alkyl group). Component (b): a maleimide compound represented by formula (2) (wherein R<SP>3</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a monovalent organic group). Component (c): a monomer that has no carboxy group and is copolymerizable with the component (a) and (b). Component (d): an amine compound containing≥2 hydroxy groups.
