FIELD: building industry and materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes mastic composition used in hydroinsulation and sealing that comprises the following components, wt.-%: bitumen-containing mass as petroleum bitumen and a filling agent simultaneously that is prepared by heating depleted secondary used ruberoid to 180-2000C, its stirring and dehydration, 75.5-89.8 and comprising petroleum roofing bitumen, 59-68; talc, 22-24; sand, 2-4; glass insulation component, 8-13; oil-polymeric resin as a polymer, 3-6; rape oil as a solvent and plasticizing agent additionally, 7-17, and sulfur, 0.2-1.5. Invention can be used as roofing materials, for protection of metallic, concrete and other bases, and for sealing joints in road building. Invention provides enhancing heat stability, plasticity at low temperatures, water resistance and adhesion to concrete surface of prepared material. ^ EFFECT: improved and valuable technical properties of composition and materials. ^ 1 cl, 2 tbl |
