The invention relates to a novel dental implant platform (1) and to the associated pieces. The invention is characterised in that both the implant (1) and the associated pieces have a reduced diameter such as to render same suitable for determined applications, in particular for the treatment of narrow bone crest areas. According to the invention, certain geometric shapes and characteristics of the dental implant (1) and the associated pieces have been improved in order to obtain an implant and pieces that are narrow but also strong and reliable.
