FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. ^ SUBSTANCE: in case of doubtful signs of out-patient pneumonia according to the data of roentgenological tests it is necessary to carry out ventilation-perfusion pulmonoscintigraphy with subsequent detection of ventilation-perfusion correlation, alveolar permeability and, also, additional detection of ventilation-perfusion ratio. At simultaneous availability of ventilation-perfusion correlation, the value of ventilation-perfusion ratio being above 1.15 and, also, accelerated, but not less than 30% alveolar permeability of radiopharmpreparation 30 min after its inhalation in the affected lung one should diagnose out-patient pneumonia. ^ EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics. ^ 2 dwg, 1 ex |
