<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing liquid seasoning simply processable while containing vegetables and/or fruits as ingredients, and favorably maintaining fresh flavor of the vegetables and/or the fruits just after produced even when stored at normal temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing liquid seasoning containing ingredients comprises molding vegetables and/or fruits to be used as the ingredients in part or the whole of edible oil and fat to be used as oil-phase components followed by mixing the vegetables and the fruits with other seasoning liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
