<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a nondefective product with less loss costs due to resources by managing workability from the work history of the resources of a metallic mold or the like, and selecting the resources to be used according to the workability. <P>SOLUTION: Cumulative use information such as a cumulative use time or cumulative use frequency of a metallic mold is stored, and when any defective is generated, the traceability information of the metallic mold is acquired according to the cumulative use history, and a causal relation graph is generated so as to specify the metallic mold which may be deteriorated at the generation of any defective based on the traceability information and the causal relation graph. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
