FIELD: manufacturing processes in machine engineering, namely apparatuses for static-pulse working of screws in machine tools. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes deforming member for working blank, mandrel, wave-guide and hydraulic cylinder where striker is arranged. Wave-guide is made with possibility of applying to it static load and by means of striker - periodical pulse load. Four- cam chuck is arranged between wave-guide and blank for fastening and eccentrically shifting blank. Deforming member is made in the form of ring whose inner surface profile coincides with that of recess of worked blank; said ring is rigidly secured to supporting plate of machine tool.
