FIELD: heat-insulation slag-forming mixtures for melts. ^ SUBSTANCE: slag forming mixture contains organic and mineral components taken at next relation, mass.%: organic component, 25 - 50; mineral component, 50 - 70. Mineral component contains, mass.%: basic oxides CaO, MgO, 59 - 65; acidic oxide SiO2, 4 - 6; bauxite Al2O3, 30 -36. Organic component contains mixture of husk of cereal crops (except rice husk), of sunflower seeds, wooden dust or fine chips subjected to hydrothermal treatment at presence of CaO. ^ EFFECT: improved heat insulating and refining properties, lowered cost price of mixture, prevention of steel saturation with silicon at casting. ^ 1 ex |
