A burn-in sorter and a sorting method using the same are provided to arrange pickers each head to an identical direction, thereby shortening the width of testing equipment. A burn-in sorter includes a direct current error/loading head(152) moving to a first direction and loading a circuit device to a direct current testing unit. An insert head(154) moves to a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and slides the circuit device passed from a direct current test to a burn-in board. A remove head(156) moves to the second direction, and slides the circuit device which a burn-in test has performed to an unloading buffer. An unloading/sorting head moves to the first direction. The insert head and the remove head are integrally formed. |
