A method of producing a laver roll composition(Kimbap or Roll sushi) containing kimchi, bean curd, Chinese noodles and Korean leeks is provided to obtain the food composition with a good taste and nutrients. Kimchi, bean curd, Chinese noodles and Korean leeks are finely sliced, sterilized at 80 to 100deg.C, mixed with cooked rice and covered with laver to obtain a laver roll composition containing 50 to 60% by weight of cooked rice, 15 to 20% by weight of kimchi, 6 to 8% by weight of bean curd, 6 to 8% by weight of Chinese noodles, 2 to 4% by weight of Korean leeks. |
