The device comprises a conductor element that is mechanically independent from its environment and moves through an intermediate space of the device, as a function of voltages present on capacitor plates. A reflective surface (19) reflects the incident light beam and is integral with the conductor element. The conductor element moves in the intermediate space, until it rests on the rest points arranged, so as to force the conductor element to change orientation. An independent claim is included for actuation method of electro-optical reflector device.
