The rear side of the frame forms part of a vacuum area (5) which can be vented or aerated from the front side of the frame. Venting and aeration are performed by a pressure-activated valve (6) and a vacuum pump fitted to the frame front. Sealing strips (19) describe a greater part of the vacuum area and are let into grooves on the rear side of the frame to form a labyrinth seal with valve in the center (6). The seal is elastically lipped where it faces the mounting surface. The device can accept several diverse information carriers.
