PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong and compact marking device stably usable for a long-term safely with little possibility of breaking. SOLUTION: A laser beam projector 3, and two movable pedestal attitude controllers 6A and 6B for individually tilting a movable pedestal 2 in the XY 2 direction are disposed on the movable pedestal 2 supported oscillatably in an arbitrary direction with respect to a base section 1 by a one-point support structure. The one-point support structure 7 comprises a pair of struts 8 and 8 fixed to both side positions in the diameter direction of the upper surface of the base section 1, and a crosspiece axis 10 laterally bridged and fixed through a lateral through hole 9 disposed on the movable pedestal 3 between upper ends of both struts 8 and 8. The lateral through hole 9 is a large diameter lateral through hole 9 whose diameter is larger than that of the crosspiece axis 10, and comprises a pair of conical recesses 11 and 12 formed by facing the upper surface 10a of the crosspiece axis 10 to a downward inner peripheral surface 9a of the large diameter lateral through hole 9 corresponding to this, a sphere 13 for one-point support interposed between both conical recesses 11 and 12, and a spring 14 for preventing floating of the movable pedestal interposed between the lower surface 10b of the crosspiece axis 10 and an upward inner peripheral surface 9b of the large diameter lateral through hole 9 corresponding to this.
