PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a response packet to a request source node after a bus ID/a device ID is replaced in a PCI-Express switch before a response is transmitted to the request source node after the request is issued in the PCI-Express communication system, and to confirm whether or not a packet is transferred in the correct order in a series of packet transferring. SOLUTION: A unique node ID is set to each node, a channel ID is set to a channel for data transfer, and a node ID of a transfer destination node, a channel ID for a channel for data transfer, a packet type for discriminating whether a packet is request or response, and a sequence number of the packet in a series of packet transferring are set in an address portion of the data transfer packet.
