PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worker management method, capable of improving security by managing workers who can do work to a work object device for maintenance or the like. SOLUTION: This method comprises an access process in which a worker terminal 20 operated by a worker who will do work to the work object device 10 transmits identification information specific to the worker and identification information specific to the worker terminal to the information processor connected through a network 100; and an application transmission process in which the information processor 40 performs authentication based on the information transmitted from the worker terminal and preliminarily stored worker authentication information, and transmits, based on the authentication result, an application for executing log-in processing to the work object device 10, which is preliminarily stored, to the worker terminal.
