<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control degradation of conversion efficiency by suppressing the vexatious complication in a manufacturing process, while forming a character, a symbol and the like on the surface. <P>SOLUTION: A vacuum laminating apparatus is constituted such that: on a bottom plate 1 of the vacuum laminating apparatus where a metal mesh 2 is fixed to the front surface, a protection film 15, an adhesive sheet 14, a sheet-shaped photovoltaic device 13, an adhesive sheet 12, and a steel plate 11 are arranged one by one; furthermore, after a sealing sheet 4 is arranged over the bottom plate, the exhaust between the sealing sheet 4 and the bottom plate 1 is carried out; and the protective film 15, the adhesive seat 14, the photovoltaic device 13, the adhesive sheet 12, and the steel plate 11 are integrated in one by performing hardening processing of the adhesive sheets 12 and 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
