A transflective display and a fabrication method thereof are provided to form a thin film transistor, a dielectric layer, a reflective electrode and a pixel electrode which are stacked sequentially on top of each other to provide an anti-afterimage effect. A pixel part includes a thin film transistor, a dielectric layer(170) formed on the thin film transistor, a reflective electrode(190) formed on the dielectric layer and a pixel electrode(181) formed on the reflective electrode. A thickness of the dielectric layer between pixel parts is thinner than a portion of the dielectric layer on which the reflective electrode is formed. The pixel electrode is formed of amorphous ITO(Indium Tin Oxide). The pixel electrode contacts a drain electrode of the thin film transistor directly.
