A steel pipe with a reinforced inside wall and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to make a steel pipe with improved strength by welding a reinforcing wall in the steel pipe. A steel pipe with a reinforced inside wall includes bending lines(a,b,c,a',b',c'). The bending lines are set such that the length of the reinforced wall(R) corresponds to the bending lines. When the bending lines are sequentially bent from left and right ends clockwise or counterclockwise, both ends of the bending lines are welded through electric resistance welding to complete the steel pipe with the reinforced inside wall. The steel pipe passes through a space between a drive roller and a pressing roller connected by a power transmission gear and a chain to be conveyed to a material setting part. The material setting part has two gap adjustment plates.
