A mold heating and cooling apparatus is provided to cool and heat a mold efficiently by injecting cold air or heated air to the mold directly in a heating and cooling box. A mold heating and cooling apparatus comprises a mold(11), a heating and cooling box(12), and a body. The outer appearance of a product is formed on the inner surface of the mold. The heating and cooling box is located under the mold, separated from the mold. The body has an inlet(13a) and an outlet(13b) and protects the mold and the heating and cooling box. The heating and cooling box includes a cavity(12a) formed therein, an inlet hole(12b), a plurality of injection holes(12c), a first shield(12d), and a second shield(12e). The air in the body flows into the cavity through the intake hole of the heating and cooling box. The injection holes are formed on the surface contacting with the mold at a regular interval. The first shield is installed to the inlet of the body to prevent air from contacting with the mold directly without passing through the heating and cooling box. The second shield is installed to the outlet of the body to prevent air from being exhausted without passing through the heating and cooling box.
