<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a desired channel by a fewer procedure more simply and more intuitively. <P>SOLUTION: A registration processor 91 controls the storage of a channel information as an information specifying the channel for a program made to look and listen for the time longer than a prearranged time. A tab display control unit 92 controls the display of a tab displaying the channel specified by the stored channel information overlapped to an image for the looked and listened program. A channel-select processor 93 controls a channel select so as to select the channel displayed by the selected tab when the tab is selected.
