PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal piping joint for use in horizontal piping for drainage, excellent in constructibility, and capable of preventing the seal destruction of a drain trap. SOLUTION: This horizontal piping joint 10 comprises: an inflow-side pipe connecting part 22 which is provided in a horizontal direction; an outflow-side connecting part 24 which is provided in the horizontal direction; and a main body 20 in which a difference of elevation is provided between the pipe connecting parts 22 and 24. The horizontal piping joint 10 can bring about an increase in the velocity of the flow of wastewater, prevent the inside of a drain pipe from being put into a state of being filled with the wastewater, and prevent the seal destruction of the drain trap.
