A TDD(Time Division Duplex) switch for a TDD wireless communication system is provided to protect a receiving unit even when an error occurs in the TDD system and be realized by a smaller mounting area and a smaller number of parts by not using a circulator. An isolator(807) is connected to the output terminal of a transmitting unit. A line(811) for a first transmission line is connected to between the isolator and an antenna feed line, transmits a transmission signal from the isolator to the antenna feed line in a transmission mode, and isolates a transmission path in a reception mode. A stub for the first transmission line is connected between the isolator and the first transmission line with a stub form, reflects totally the transmission signal from the isolator in the transmission mode and varies the impedance of the first transmission line in the reception mode. A line for a second transmission line is connected between the output terminal of the first transmission line and the input terminal of a receiving unit, isolates a reception path in the transmission mode, and provides a reception signal from the antenna feed line to the receiving unit in the reception mode.
