PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker system capable of increasing the equivalent volume expansion ratio of a cabinet and having excellent reproducibility in a low-pitched sound area. SOLUTION: Since a space 104 in a cabinet 102 in the closed type speaker system 100 is filled with elastic continuous foamed bodies 103, the equivalent volume expansion ratio of the cabinet 102 is increased and the reproducibility of the low-pitched sound area is improved.
