PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical filter washing device that effectively removes dust without damaging a filter medium. SOLUTION: A vibrating means 9a is provided in the filter washing device 41 and the dust is removed by vibrating the filter. Waste water in the device 41 and a filter pre-washing device 45 are stored in a sedimentation/flocculation tank 44 and a pre-washing sedimentation/flocculation tank 42 is recycled to perform filter-washing excellent in a low-running cost and environmental load.
