PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a piping connection part of an endoscope capable of providing stable quality without twisting and buckling a flexible tube even when a tightening ring threadedly engaged with a connection pipe is tightened and the flexible tube piped inside the endoscope is strongly connected to the connection pipe. SOLUTION: The structure has such constitution that the connection pipe 21 having an outer circumferential tapered surface 22 with the outer diameter gradually reduced to the distal end side is attached to the distal end of a piping pipe 18 and a tapered cylinder 25 having an inner circumferential tapered surface 24 formed in a tapered shape corresponding to the outer circumferential tapered surface 22 so as to hold the vicinity of the end part of the flexible tube 16 with the outer circumferential tapered surface 22 of the connection pipe 21 is pressurized and fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the flexible tube 16 by the tightening ring 27 threadedly engaged with a screw part 26 formed on the connection pipe 21. In the structure, rotation regulation engaging parts 30 to be engaged with each other so as to regulate the rotation of the tapered cylinder 25 around the axis relative to the connection pipe 21 are formed on the connection pipe 21 and the tapered cylinder 25.
