<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fish soy having scallops and apples as the raw material, as seasoning which everybody likes, and to provide a method for producing the fish soy. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the fish soy comprises putting the soft body of scallops, ground apples, and dried adductor muscles of shellfishes into a fermentation tank followed by evenly mixing, putting a mixture of soy sauce koji and salt into the mixture followed by stirring and mixing, putting a cover on the fermentation tank followed by warming and brewing at 30°C, and compressing unrefined soy sauce using a stirrer after completion of fermentation and squeezing fish soy.
