摘要 The proposed method for determining and checking therapeutic properties of food product by epithelium cell microelectrophoresis consists in determining the electrokinetic indicator of the cell nuclei every 15 minutes within the first hour and than every hour after the start of the analysis and determining the changes of the electrokinetic indicator that are caused by the consumption of the product.
