A method for bacteria inactivation at vaccine production provides the use of devitalizing factor of chemical nature. Water hydrogene peroxide is added to microorganism suspension to the end concentration of 0.5 % and incubation of obtained mixture at 37.0-38.0 DEGREE C is carried out for 12 hours at careful mixing followed by the control of inactivation completeness.
