<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable machine capable of easily estimating the presence or absence of a malfunction, and also to provide a security control system. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving a plurality of kinds of response request signals (a first registration request signal, a second registration request signal, and a request signal) transmitted from security equipment 10, a communication control part 21 of the portable machine 20 transmits response signals (an equipment code signal and an ID code signal), corresponding to the response request signals, to the outside. When normally receiving any one of the first registration request signal, the second registration request signal and a registration completion signal in a registration mode, the communication control part 21 records a reception history, to that effect as a communication history, in a memory 21M.
