PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management device suppressing the manager burden of equipment setup and allowing a setup change linked with configuration change. SOLUTION: Each time setup information for specifying the operation of a service execution means 1 is newly set, a correlation information generating means 9 detects correlation between the setup information and configuration information showing the current status of the service execution means 1, and stores correlation information showing the correlation between the configuration information and the setup information in a correlation information storage means 8. A correlation change detecting means 10 detects the change of the configuration information having correlation with the setup information based on the correlation information stored in the correlation information storage means 8, and notifies a manager interaction means 5. The manager interaction means 5 displays the configuration information whose change has been detected and the setup information correlative thereto on the screen, and prompts a manager to update the setup information due to the change of the configuration information.
