<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit an image forming device for outputting a document to a specific image forming device even if the document is outputtable from a plurality of image forming devices. <P>SOLUTION: A system administrator starts a PC 10 in an administrator mode, then selectively sets an image forming device to be ordinarily used from image forming devices connected to a communication network 20. When a general user outputs a document by use of the PC 10, whether or not an image forming device selected as an output destination of the document in printing operation is the same as the image forming device set by the system administrator as the image forming device to be ordinarily used is determined, and when the both are matched, data of the document is output to the image forming device set as the image forming device to be ordinarily used, and when the both are not matched, the data of the document is not output to the image forming device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
